Can you send my order as a gift?

Yes of course! All Flying Fig Studio orders are sent beautifully packaged and without any invoices or receipts as standard, so they’re perfect to be sent direct to the recipient; just put their information in the delivery details section at checkout. There is also a box at checkout where you can add a gift message to your order if you like.

 

Can you make something a bit different?

Sure! All Flying Fig Studio products are handmade to order, so if you would like something to be a little bit different than what’s on offer or have an idea for a product that you think I could make for you, get in touch at hello@flyingfigstudio.com

 

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, I'm more than happy to fulfil wholesale orders. Please get in touch and I'd be happy to send you my catalogue.

 

When will my order be ready?

Most items are made and sent within three working days. Some take a little bit longer, such as the custom house illustrations which are ready to be sent within seven working days.

 

How much is delivery?

Delivery is €4 for small items such as cards, totes and coasters, or €8 for anything larger. Delivery is currently available within the island of Ireland. International delivery is currently unavailable, but I'm working on getting it set up very soon. You can see the delivery policy here.

 

Can I collect my order?

Yes, free collection from the studio in Birr is available. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready for collection before coming by.

 

Where can I find the studio?

Kindly note, the studio is not open to the public and is available by appointment for collections only. When you've received a notification that your order is ready for collection, you can find the studio on John's Mall, Birr, R42 XC90. Just ring the bell on the gate. Here's how to find it:
