Shipping policy
All orders are dispatched from Ireland, and packed in plastic-free packaging, which is recyclable or compostable. Orders are sent via An Post.
Every item is handmade to order by one person. My current processing time is approximately 10 days before dispatch. You’ll receive a dispatch email once your parcel is on its way.
Please note that shipping is currently only available within the island of Ireland, but I'm working on setting up international shipping ASAP. If you live outside of Ireland and would like to place an order, you can email me on hello@flyingfigstudio.com and I will arrange a shipping quote for you.
Shipping rates:
Small items (cards, totes, coasters, etc.): Flat rate of €4.
Larger items (mugs, wooden boxes, etc.): Flat rate of €8.
Shipping rates for international orders will vary, please get in touch for a quote.
Collection from the studio:
Free order collection is available from the studio at John's Mall, Birr, R42 XC90. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming by.
